Did you get these after starting the regimen or did you have breakouts in the areas that are red? They look like PIH. I would know because I have a **** tonne! It looks to flat and dull to be acne. If it's not a raised head, painful to the touch and with redness around it then it's not acne.

i've had those before i started the regimen, and they are not painful to touch, neither raised or whatever so um they're scars?
how tf do i get rid of them damn
