I am currently 17 years old soon to be 18 in August and I've always hated my skin (especially pores) :/ how bad would you say my acne is? And there's this bump on my nose which I'm not sure what it is.

From the looks of it your acne is very mild. You don't seem to have any obvious spots.

To be honest, there is NOTHING wrong with your skin. I'm squinting to try to see even one blemish. Consider yourself lucky. I used to have literally hundreds of dime size cysts on my face every day, so no, your skin is not bad at all.
