I have been through literally everything on the market for these bumps. Since I've been taking all these different medications for so long, my hyperpigmentation has suffered and I am completely at ends of what to do. I have tried tazorac, tretnoin, sulfacetamide, and numerous antibiotics for my chin. I have had a benzoyl peroxide wash and a spironalactone (water pill). I donnt know what to do about these bumps. I squeeze hem and nothing comes out. Near them, I have sebaceous glands that are overactive and constantly filled with white strings. I dont think these bumps come from that because they appeared after m cycstic acne. MY dermatologists recommend accutane but I am weary as to how necessary it is. A dermatologist also recommended fractional surgery. They are usually not this red but my dermatologist just performed an acne surgery which consisted of just squeeing the umps. The warned that it may be trapped cysts under my skin but sincevI've eben on retin-a for so long my pores wont open to clean it out.

Any advice or familiar reviews would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I had the same thing. This is when I gave up on washing my face and eating a good diet. I was eating dairy and lots of processed foods. But I went back to having a good diet, eating veggies and maintaining low carbs and they went away.
