Acne caused by yeast?

I've been struggling with acne my whole life, I've tried every topical treatment, I've been taking spironolactone for close to 8 months with no real improvement. I started birth control pills two months ago in an attempt to help my hormonal acne. But I have been having reoccurring vaginal yeast infections, but not experiencing any symptoms. Every time I go back to the gyno, the infection has returned. I've started a prolonged treatment of fluconazole, so hopefully that will help. I did some research and realized that I've had lots of fungal issues, I've had ringworm multiple times and was also in the hospital for a case of esophagitis, which apparently can be caused by yeast. So my question is, can my acne be caused by the excess yeast that seems to reoccur in my body? And how can I really treat it besides the antifungal I'm already taking and changing my diet completely?

It is actually a very good question.

When you got yeast (overgrowth of candida) your body is out of balance, so you will get more acne than usual. A good digestion will give great looking skin as well (will be more difficult for severe acne ofc)

Fluconazole is good, keep taking that. When you are done with that you can use a natural antifungal like Canxida, they got probiotics and the most soled anti-candida product Canxida remover. Remember to get the natural antifungals in your diet - coconut oil, garlic etc.

Candida overgrowth is in the body because it breaks down the things we can't digest - sometimes it is gluten, something we are allergic too, dairy products, alcohol etc. The things our body can't digest so good are the things feeding candida - the worst things are alcohol, sugar, and yeast. You should avoid bread as well.
