I'm going to be honest I don't see anything here. You have one tiny whitehead on your chin which could be a milia spot or just a mini pus filled pimple. Literally you have good skin not acne.

Thank you MissSac17. I blame the camera though. My cheeks are much red, almost purple, in natural lighting and it's quite noticeable. I've had this for a little over a year now and I don't know how to do to get rid of it. I don't even know what's causing it. Here's another pic:
