Same here... My face is constantly pulsating and itching for one year now I really don't know I'm so tired about it

Not sure what you are using, but it might be one of the active ingrediens in your skin care routine, or maybe you are allergic to something. Try to figure out what certain product causes the itching

Moreover i will say you should use avene thermal water (or another thermal water) to repair your skin and it might help the itching. But you need to figure out what is causing it at first.

Do you happen to moisturize? I am two weeks post-Accutane and I have found that moisturizing throughout this entire process has been my lifeline.

I use CeraVe facial moisturizer and it works great! It's not greasy, and it says that it can be used on normal to dry skin types. I think this might be able to help you. I moisturize nightly and encounter very little dryness.
