Almost everyday I get these tiny bumps that just grow on my face. They are skin colored at first. You can easily pick the tip of it off, but there's still something in there that makes it not heal right, and they always seem to come back. I have some in other places as well but mostly on my face, upper back/arms, thighs and butt. When not emptied correctly, they swell and stay tick. I pulled some out with tweezers, and posted the picture. Keep in mind that these are fully zoomed with my phone. They feel dry and lumpy. Not gooey or sticky. Please give me your input on this! I need your opinions !!!
This sounds like comedonal acne. Sebum hardens in the pores or gets stuck along with dead skin cells and forms a clog. A retinoid can really help this condition. Retinoids purge the pore clogs and keeps pores open and from sticking together, trapping bacteria. But if you have this all over, you'll have to see what the derm recommends for you. There's another condition called keratosis pilaris, which is a keratin issue and not acne at all, but closely resembles comedonal acne. Only a derm could diagnose this.
Hope this is helpful!
