Hello! I have been struggling with acne for 3 years. It makes me stressing out a lot. Can anyone help me what should I do to get rid of my acne and scar. I am currently using Cetaphil cleanser and vitamin E oil at night. Is my acne really bad? is there any way to treat it?
Thank you!

Looks pretty mild to me.

Antibiotics take time to work, just like any other medication. I'd recommend a topical retinoid though, as it is something you can maintain in your routine without having to worry about the acne bacteria developing a tolerance.

I don't have much active acne but a lot of redness and scar. which topical brand can I use to help it? thank you

Personally I use a generic form of tretinoin, although they do come in branded forms like Retin-A etc. However you should probably just listen to your dermatologist and have him determine the proper course of action for yourself.
