Hello everyone, I am a 15 year old guy and have had acne since 6th grade, and it has been slowly getting better, but never fully has it gone away. Attached are some pictures of my face. My forehead used to have a ton of ugly whiteheads, now it is mostly clear except for the occasional pimple and small transparent bumps. My cheeks and chin are the trouble area, with lots of pimples popping up there.

Currently I use:
1. Clairsonic Mia 2 to clean/exfoliate
2. Effaclar Clarifying Solution (Toner)
3. Effaclar Duo (5.5% BP)

and I repeat these steps twice a day, once in the morning and once at night.

I have used lots of different things over my past 3 years. I have tried proactiv, proactiv +, neutrogena products, Yesto products, Acnefree products, Dr. Lin products, Murin products, etc. But none have seemed to do anything for my skin.

If anyone could recommend something that has worked for them, and could identify what kind of acne I have and what would be best suited to help me?

Thanks a ton!

My son is 14 and his skin is very similar to yours. He's staying clear with the Acne.Org Regimen, which is a 3-step treatment plan which includes a gentle cleanser, 2.5% BP, and acne-friendly moisturizer. 2.5% BP is just as effective at killing acne bacteria as stronger formulas, and much gentler on acne-prone skin. He got cleared up in just about 4 months.

Good luck with whatever you decide! :)
