It looks like hyperpigmentation left behind by acne. I use the Acne.org AHA for marks like this. Although these marks will eventually fade with time, the AHA which contains 10% glycolic acid really speeds up the process. Fair warning...it makes your skin sensitive to the sun so I suggest using it only at night or using an SPF in the day if you plan to be under the sun.

I know how you feel. Sometimes they seem worse than the acne itself because they last a while. For me it was a slow process because I was using benzoyl peroxide to for my acne and that can make healing a slower process. With continual use of the AHA and AHA+Moisturizer I was rid of the marks in about 4 months.

I been using ASAP products, Clear complexion gel, dont this its helping, left side of my face has got worst... Thanking to use Alpha-H liquid gold
