They are clogged pores. I have the same as well and it takes time to go. I have no idea how to get rid of them 🙁

Should I apply my retin a on them ?

try salicylic acid, I have the same and have just ordered paulas choice 2% BHA 🙂

BHA is a good recommendation for mild comedonal acne and whiteheads, this helps break down pore clogs and is probably what you need. Retin-A is better for moderate to severe comedonal acne since it often has an initial purging effect, which can make acne worse before it gets better. My son started out with BHA (salicylic acid)...Stridex Pads...and they worked great for the first couple of years he had acne for pore clogs and rough skin-colored bumps.
