Hi guys

Im 20 and been suffering acne for years..

At the moment i have red painful spots that come under my beard on my face ( ive tried shortening my beard.. cleansing ect ) so its not cause of the beard. One cystic spot which is still there as a lump and my hairs stopped growing where that spot has come. I also get very painful cystic acne on my chest. My chest is quite hairy and ive got many scars from the cysts ive got on it. I also get scalp acne which is the worst ever embarassing and v painful!!! Also under my mouth area i have small white spots which u can only see if i stretch out the skin which when squeezed a stringy white pus comes out. I sriously need help..

Apparently dairy can be a huge factor which im gna be stopping this week to give it a try and see if it clears up
I drink plenty of water a day..
And ive been to a derm for years there useless!!
