I have these small bumps all over my forehead and on the area of my cheeks right before the nose. They have been there for years now and are only getting worse and slowly spreading. They used to be exclusively on the cheek area then moved to my forehead about 6 months ago. I've noticed that right after taking a shower is when they are the most visible and right after I wake up is when they are the least visible. I also get a lot of pimples on my forehead, not sure if these bumps turn into pimples or if the pimples are unrelated. Does anyone know what they are and/or how to make them go away?
