My skin has been really good lately and I haven't been dealing with many problems with it for a while but on Wednesday night I looked in the mirror and noticed that there was a spot on my chin that was red,no bump,just spot. Then I moved my chin up a little bit and found that I have a HUGE bump. I'm guessing it's under the skin maybe? All you can see when I don't move my chin up is redness. I'm so confused as to how I got this,I wash my face with a gentle cleanser twice a day,wash my hands whenever i'm going to touch my face,drink lots of water,exfoliate about 2 times a week,and use a benzyl peroxide mask 1 to 2 times a week. Can anyone tell me what kind of bump this is,and how I can get rid of it? I've been washing my skin like normal and applying neosporin on it since Wednesday. In the pictures below,you can see what my chin looks like when I keep it normal,and what it looks like when I don't.
