I'm 19 and have what became what I consider severe acne since it is now over my chest and back.. Also of course on my face near my cheeks and neck.. However I know it's not the best thing in the world.. But sometimes I do drink excessively on my behalf, since I was 13.. I try BP African black soap and a lot more.. Even stopped masturbating.. And I still get mad flare ups.. I'm wondering if it's the alcohol now..?

Alcohol isn't going to effect your acne.

If you're drinking heavily every day then I imagine it would be quite dehydrating for your skin, but that's not necessarily going to cause you acne.

You should be fine if you're drinking sensibly, so try not to worry too much.

Listen to your conscious.....then do trial and error....im a lil shocked vet members say it doesnt affect your acne bc if your dehydrated your pee is yellow so think about your sweat...its got to b toxic too...
