I would recommend you contact you hospitals guest relation and if it is possible for you to do you facial routine because sometime nurses can help with that stuff. Hope your surgery goes great.

I would highly recommend a high quality facial wipe/pad. My personal favorite is https://www.amazon.com/Glycolix-Elite-Gly-Sal-Percent-2-Percent/dp/B001LQJBUW/ . Usually instead of washing my face in the morning, I would use one of these pads to avoid over-processing my face.

Assuming you would be hooked up to an IV, I wouldn't worry much about incoming acne as staying well hydrated helps reduce toxins in your body.

I'm sure two days wont do any harm, but if not is it possible to stand in a shower and perhaps use a water bottle over your face?

or if not, cetaphil face wash can be used without water. You simply apply it and then remove gently with a cloth/tissue (it says this on the bottle)

As Lore91 mentioned, you can definitely wash your face in the shower. Assuming you wash your face morning and night and don't want to shower twice a day, sensitive, scent-free baby wipes are great for cleaning your face before bed.
