I've used the regimen before with great effect, but I'd like something that doesn't require as much time. It takes 35 minutes after showering for the moisturizer to set in, and this can be too long when I have to go work and such.
Is there any generally agreed upon lower maintenance alternative that will produce solid results?
The regimen works so well for many because of the time and careful effort that goes into doing it. Even retinoids need wait time. You could try Glycolic acid but it may not be strong enough to keep you clear.
there is no quick and easy way to have an acne regimen unless you're going to rely on a pill

If you find something that works for you, stick to it. Why change then? Because of time? I doubt low maintenance can keep acne away. But good luck.
