Hi, so I have pretty mild acne and I get acne on my my forehead and cheeks. I have normal to combination skin and quite a lot of hyper pigmentation and scarring. My acne and scarring have gotten better and they change according to my hormones and such. Recently, I got a lot more tiny pimples and they aren't going away. They seem to be multiplying!!! I do touch my face quite a lot and it seems like it got worse, I hate going in harsh lights because of it, any suggestions? It can't be anything too expensive. I cut dairy from my diet and I'm trying to eat healthier, but its really hard. I really need to get rid of them! Anyone know why this is happening and how can I cure it? Thanks so much!!!!
