Progress on accutane is often times not linear. A breakout at 8 weeks is quite normal. Many people end up not seeing improvement till 12 weeks or the end of the course even. Hang tight.

Accutane has cleared my skin up greatly, when was the last time your dosage increased, when mine went from 40 up to 60mg, I had a bad breakout so that can cause it also, if not then its just your body deciding to be awkward, and it will happen on occasion, but stick with it. Don't stop the treatment and re start it becuase the breakout you get from that will be even worse. Trust me.
