Did you eat anything, start using anything, or otherwise do anything that was different before the tiny bumps appeared, say the day before or in the past few days? Just something to think about.

Unfortunately I wish I could help more than that but I've been having the same problem for a month or two now and can't figure out what I did differently that started all this
