So I've been on accurate since April, apparently people have said they have Sen results but I don't see it, I'm probably just expecting that celebrity skin. Anyways I have 3-4 spots right now but the main problem is redness in my face and clogged pores so if anyone could look at my pictures and recommend something that would be much appreciated :)

Since you are on accutane, other topicals are not recommended due to the fragility of your skin. What's your dosage? You may want to have your derm up the dosage if you are still breaking out regularly at this point Clogged pores are not something accutane usually targets so you may have to have these manually extracted by your derm. If acne does not improve after accutane, it may mean that there is a deeper issue that you need to address like food allergies, hormone imbalance, etc.

Is there anything I can take for these hormone imbalances, I have vitamin d3 and a in my cupboard ? Would those help?

I would honestly recommend you not take anything until after your accutane course. I would check in the hormonal forums for suggested supplements for hormones.

Dont put anything on your face since you are taking accutane. I agree with the user above and you should speak to your derm to see if they can increase the dosage of the medication. Good luck!
