Im not sure if my acne or pimples are severe and i have had them for about a year now. The one under my nose is kinda big and its been there for about 2 weeks now. I have been using "Witch Hazel Gel" from boots and it only made 1 or 2 go away. i have used it for about 3 days now. Do i have to worry?
