I have cystic acne all over my chest back and shoulders it hurts I know but your accutane and that's pretty much the only thing g thst can help people like us so hang in there and stay with the treatment for the whole time it should help u hope it works for u.

My acne is is similar and I decided to show up on my face about a month ago right before my wedding. Don't touch your face even if it itches, make sure you r using a good cleanser, toner and oil free moisturizer!! If you are a side sleeper, wash your pillow covers and clean your phones. I keep tea tree oil with me so if my face itches I just rub the spot A couple of drops of tea tree oil which is a natural anti bacterial n the cooling tingling sensation with take away the itchy.
You can also use pure aloe from the plant.
