Hey, ive had acne since a young age 13/14 id say. I had it all over my face! Big spots, little spots, red lumps, whitheads....
Im now 24 and although i dont get it as bad all over my chin area always breaks out! Im not sure if its hormonal or something else?
Its like literally im waking up everyday with a new spot or two!
My doctor said take me contraceptive pill for 2 months straight then have a period it might help control my acne. Ive done that and some months it works others it dont.
As u all know acne gets u down 
i dont like leaving the house when taking my daughter out i hate making eye contact with people! So i always seem major rude and grumpy which i am not i promise hah!
The pic ive uploaded is over 2 days so u can see the difference and its just getting worse!

I wash my face with clean and clear in the morning followed by clean and clear deep clean toner then clean and clear and clear moisturiser
Before bed i use clean and clear exfloationg wash followed by clean and clear blackhead scrub then moisturiser again
I was on yazmin since 2010 in 2011 my doctor changed me to lucette & been using that since.
last year in august my face flared up and he put me on Lymecycline and skin was clear till about May this year so he referred me to a derm & put me on Lymecycline again my skin started clearing up then on 1st august a massive spot came up on my chin and another on the other side a week later, since then they havent stopped appearing! my derm appoiment isnt till sept 17th x
Also the last time i had my period was june it ended on the 15th. I had a event and didn't want to be on so took a extra pack of pills... Im due to finish them next week and have a period but....Do u think this is my hormones screaming out have a another period?

I have been reading that the toothpaste i use may be causing it also.. I think every one ive used had sls in them. I googled what type of toothpaste hasnt got sls and none of the ones ive used in the past popped up!! Just been to shops and bought sls free so fingers crossed this may help my chin & mouth acne
My doctor gave me some epiduo cream to rub on before bed.
Anyone used this cream?
