Hi Every-one,

I'm new to this forum and have wanted to vent about my acne for awhile and see what other's think or suggest. About 2 years ago I started to break out which more than I usually would it seemed to be all the time. They were'nt pustular just red spots sometimes raised but really stood out. It was rash like. I'll try and post a pic of what it was like and what it is like now. I saw a dermatologist he said I had rosacea and told me to try rosex and azaelic acid, this worsened my skin, then I tried antiobiotic's by this time I was stressing more and more about it which probably made it worse. I was on stuff from a naturopath he said my oestrogen was too high. I tried the pill Diane for about a week and felt so depressed I just stopped it so I stopped the contraceptive pill altogether, I had been on Triquiler ED for over 20 years before trying Diane. Now that I've been off the pill for 18 months and have taken no antibiotic or anything else other than zinc for 18 months I'm still not happy with my skin. I don't wear makeup either.

I'm wondering if I should go back on the pill the pill that I had been on for years and see if this helps. I seem to break out before ovulation and it's rash like. I currently have a yellow pimple on my jawline but that doesnt bother me its the rashiness of it and it seems to be worse on one side than the other and it alternates each month. Any advice would be great
