I have mild - moderate extremely persistent acne, I don't know how anyone who has worse copes.

I have had acne for about 5 years, it seems as if I watch people's I have grown up withs acne come and go. I have been on;

Doxycycline x2

Minocycline

Lymecycline x2

Eurthymicin

1 Course of Roaccutane

Zineryt, BP, Duac, Epiduo, Zindclin? and Differin

Im sure I am bound to have missed something!! I just finished a course of Eurthymicin and same old story 30-40% improvement then still breaking out. I have fair skin so whenever I get a big red spot its quite frustrating.

What can I do? I am fed up with just bouncing between antibiotics, would another course of Roaccutane help? First course worked for about 4-5 months, the feeling of not having something so visible hanging over you to worry about probably wasn't good for me to experience and then lose....

20 M btw,

Thanks for any help! :)

I feel you except it's been over 16 years for me. Have you tried changing your diet? You've already tried the chemical route to the tenth degree. If 3 months of diet changes don't work, then by all means try accutane again though the chances of staying clear is slim.
