I am attaching a picture of a recent small cystic breakout I just had. I am not sure if it was due to hormones, stress, and not eating well. But I just got off Accutane over 6 months ago and I really don't want to go through that again. I am not one for medicine topical or oral..at this point ive been doing good naturally. If I let this be do you think it can heal on its own or I should try to use something,
