Hi Everyone, today marks my first month of the regimen. I am very satisfied with how it's going so far. I no longer have any of the whiteheads that used to plague my chin and forehead. For that I am so thankful to the regimen and all the help this website provides. I do however, still have to deal with about one cystic pimple a week. They are completely random in terms of where they decide to appear. I've head them on my cheeks, forehead, temples, and chin. I'm glad I've gotten it down to about a pimple a week for the past two weeks but they are the big "blind" pimples that just destroy my confidence sometimes. I've learned to be super gentle with them and not squeeze too early which is sometimes so hard to resist :wall:. I have noticed that they head faster than before I started the regimen though. I really just want to know if the regimen can prevent these deep skin pimples from appearing in the first place. Will the BP and AHA be able to effect whats going on deep down in my pores in the next two months so that I can "expect clear skin in 3-4 months?" Or, should I consult a dermatologist. Any feedback is welcome!

Know one can predict what will clear you. You are only one month in so keep at it and don't get discouraged. It took me closer to four months to get clear on the regimen and I didn't even have cysts at the time. In the meantime, it may be worth looking into your diet as some people who have cystic acne are affected by what they eat.

That's a great point. I was looking in to diet and have decided to cut out dairy including the Whey supplements I take for lifting. That stuff is derived from dairy too so maybe that will do the trick. Thanks for the advice!
