Quickest Way To Clear These Spots?

I've broken out a little but these pimples/ smaller lumps (cysts?) on my face are really obvious, what's the quickest way to clear these types of spots, I have a party in 2 days and I'm hoping I can reduce these at least a little :S I get darker marks on my chin, and lumps and bigger pimples on my forehead, my nose and cheeks have cleared up.

I recommend using Benzyl peroxide....any strength really but maybe try 2.5 or 5 to start with. If you're in the UK you can buy acnecide from Boots. I find the key is consistency. if your skin gets dry use a moisturiser such as cetaphil...hope this helps!

I second Acnecide 5% gel. Use a little very evening and they'll soon disappear. Your skin may get sore at first and itch but your skin will adjust
