Please Help! Scab Fell Off Early Leaving Light Red Mark

I was picking at a whitehead that was under my skin and then I started to bleed a little which resulted in a scab. Today, the scab fell off on accident and it left a light red mark. Please tell me how to heal it! Thank you!

Hi a whitehead formed directly above a dark spot I have, and when I popped it, a scab formed. The scab then fell off revealing pink skin, but now it has turned very light, almost white. Is this permanent, and how can I fix it?
