Hi!

So here's the situation.

I've had moderate acne for about 10 years now. It started when I was around 13 or something.

I'm 21 now and it has gotten generally better.

A year ago i've taken a course of minocycline and it cleared me up pretty well.

The last few months however, i've started to break out again.

Overall i'm pretty clear, but every 2-3 weeks I get 1-2 horrible cysts.

Anyone got some advice?

I've thought about low dose accutane but i'm having doubts since I don't have alot of acne.

The ones I do get though are so deep and painfull and stay around for weeks, they never come to a head either.

I've added a picture of my forehead, at the moment there are 2 cysts which are about a week old.

They've cleared up alot ready, but still pretty noticable.
