Yes.
When I realized that most treatments require that you have to stay on them...forever...to keep your skin clear I started looking into natural methods. I'd say that Acne No More (here is a thorough [removed] review of the book) was the last thing I ever had to buy to specifically clear up my skin. I needed to learn a lot of the information in the book, and it made me aware that I'm dealing with the symptoms (that manifest as acne) and the only way to be finally clear of it is to attack the problems (diet/lifestyle/stress being the most common). After a few weeks of reading and adopting the methods, my skin was more than clear. it was GLOWING (you can basically see it in my profile pic). You're making the right choice looking for natural cures. If you want to see the Acne No More site itself you can visit it here for more information: *MOD EDIT - URL REMOVED* it's just one resource that I know PERSONALLY will guide you towards the type of solution you seek.
If you want to wing it yourself, you can try taking methods such as:
-Reducing stress through meditation and yoga
-Cutting down on fast food and dairy because it causes hormonal imbalances
-Eating foods high in antixoxidants
-Upping water intake
-etc... there are alot of natural methods you can start implementing one-by-one to see change. that book just made it easier for me.
Good luck momacne, If you're a mother like your name suggests look at diet first. You might end up start seeing acne in your kids because you guys eat the same food and its causing problems.
I'm going to write up some of the general tips I've learned and pm you later as well..busy atm
