Hi,

 

I am having little big and very small hard pimples on my forehead and cheeks (near the jaws), and temple regions, with foul-smelling pus (very minute quantity). This has become a major problem since 3 years before which I had no issues with pimples. I do not know why it started. It takes more than 1 month for each of the pimples to disappear leaving a blackish mark there. Anybody, please help me and guide me as to what I can do for this.

Hi - everything sounds like typical nodular-cystic acne, except for the foul smelling pus. That is very concerning, as it could suggest a very severe bacterial infection. I would strongly suggest going to the dermatologist to have it evaluated. Once you make sure it isn't something more medically serious, it will be easier to suggest tips for you.
