I have moderate acne on my cheeks, along with hyper pigmentation where my acne used to be. Lately, I've noticed my face has developed hundreds of little bumps that aren't really that noticeable unless I'm in the sun or have makeup on. It makes me really upset to the point where I don't even want to leave my house.
I love wearing makeup and I love makeup in general and because of this problem with my face, wearing makeup has become increasingly hard with each application and it never looks smooth or pretty.
I'm on benzoyl peroxide and adapaline and nothing seems to help. I exfoliate regularly as well.
Please please PLEASE help (
I also have this problem, it occurred after I used benzoyl peroxide not sure wether that was related but it was definantly the same time I began using it. I have had these bumps with NO change on my face for around 6 weeks it is so depressing, mine are only on one side of my face. I originally assumed they were closed comedones but I have since been told they could be molluscum this is a viral rash. I have some photos on my previous post if you wanted to take a look.

read my blog I am struggling with the same problem I hope it helps!
It can be a skin irritation or allergy to one of the products you are currently using. Maybe the combination of both is the problem. Your skin may be too sensitive; try using a basic wash, such as spectro gel with the purple label, for acne-prone skin.
Avoid exfoliating as it can be irritating your skin instead of making it better. I got this last April when I spent too many hours in the sun and using a lot of sunscreen on my face, I had hundreds of little bumps everywhere.
They eventually went away with time. Discontinue using the harsh creams, or ditch one to try and see which one is causing your skin to break out !
