Retin-A will solve the trick. Visit a derm and have him prescribe it to you.

Hi, I have the same thing going on with my skin. It literally happened overnight and spread all over my cheeks and chin. I tried topicals, antibiotics and chemical peels and it just got worse. I'm on a low dose of accutane now 10mg a day. I'm a month into my treatment and haven't seen much improvement, I'm particularly worried about how the small bumps will purge out, whether they will dry up and fall off or turn into large pimples, which would be disastrous as I have over 100.
