Ok I'm 23 year old male. I've dealt with acne since I was 15, it stopped from like 16 to 18, then it came back even worse than ever! then, it cleared up again from like 19-21 (didn't change anything in my diet) , then last year I've been having it again from one moment I tried to gain weight and ate a lot of things to help me gain weight like whey protein, mass gainers, etc etc. well my skin is not the same anymore ever since I tried those type of things, now I feel it it's very dry and other days very oily , just not the same. it will randomly start clearing up then BOOM acne again.

Now I've been noticing that whenever I eat something that contains chocolate I break out the next day I will have some pimples on my face and I hate it. I've eaten chocolate all my life since I was a kid, and I don't want to ever stop. I mean this very unfair I don't really want to stop, and I didn't those times and years my acne was gone. Dairy won't break me out, chips neither etc etc etc I could go one, but seems chocolate does.

I've been thinking doing some weird stuff like eating whatever has chocolate and throw it up, or just taste it and spite it, I don't know I want to go back to those time I could eat whatever I want and not get any pimple, and I hate and it's very unfair that some people can eat whatever they want and have perfect skin.

Will drinking A LOT , like really A LOT of water help if I eat chocolate?

Chocolate is no good anyway, just don't buy or store any chocolate in your fridge or cupboards at home. I used to love cheesecake but after I found dairy causing me arm acne I despise of all dairy and when I see the dairy in the fridge I look at it in disgust, I haven't completely removed dairy from my diet and I have cheated a little but for the most part I have control. I'd suggest you find something else other than chocolate to eat and throwing it up after you've ate is just pure insane and why overcomplicate things? I would just throw everything out and not worry about eating it ever again but to me that's easier said than done and you seem like you wouldn't give chocolate up if your life depended on it which is a problem for you, my only advice would be to take one step at a time. Good luck :)
