Hi guys so to help my oil im currently taking 2 vitamin A tabets per day which are fish liver oil, however I have been taking these for a few months now but still see a lot of excess oil and large pores around my nose area.

What else can I do? Supplements and food wise, just anything in general.

Thanks! :)

Garnier long-lasting shine control moisturiser helps me.

apply milk of magnesia in the morning after washing your face. also the 4 percent bp panoxyl is drying but not over drying and leaves you with a matted skin tone. The milk of magnesia works wonders though. apply non flavored milk of magnesia to your face and you will be shine free and oil free for a good 8-10 hours!

But will applying this help my oil production to be reduced naturally over time also?

It's helped me! It's worth a try. YouTube it and watch tutorials

Retin A is fantastic for reducing oil production, but it is a bit tricky to use. It can irritate your skin if you use too much or too often.

Vitamin A does not change your oil production like Accutane does. The only things that have been shown to change oil production are prescription drugs like Accutane as well as androgen inhibitors.
