I have been getting these small pink bumps, when you press on them they are not hard just soft and they do not have a head either. Is this acne? Or is it Rosacea or something? They are not sore either, just a slightly raised pink dot. I have very sensitive skin with eczema if that matters, but this is not eczema for those spots itch.
Accutan-er that I am, I have not experienced this before. Maybe just mild acne? But why no head? How do you treat that?
They aren't that many yet. But still curious.

From your description, the bumps appear to be benign. They are likely to subside over time. However, if I were you, i will consult a medical practitioner. You may receive well meaning expert advice from people more experienced than me but taking such advice may be risky since physical examination of the bumps is a prerequisite for giving the appropriate advice.
