I think they're just acne cysts. I've had very similar cysts like those ones. They don't become super visible to other people, but I can feel them and they are tender to the touch. If they're really bothering you, you should look into getting them injected.

yep agree on the injections, I've had them in both spots and for me, the only thing that made them go away was a kenalog injection

I don't mind them.It's not noticeable unless i raise my eyebrows and even them you won't focus on it.I was just asking if it was anything dangerous since it's a hard cysts and not anything more fluid-y.I am pretty sure they have gotten down in size over time.
