Is it normal to have a roller coaster ride with your acne? Sometimes it's really good, and then it gets bad, and then it gets good again and so on. It's really annoying because I don't change my skin regimin at all. I do the same thing every day but still have ups and downs with my acne.

 

Do any of you expirence this? I have mild acne in case you were wondering.

I do! I've been on my regimen for almost 4 months and still breaking out in both deep and shallow pimples ( in the middle of a breakout cycle right now). It's the nature of the beast unfortunately, especially if acne is mainly driven by hormones and such.

Thanks for confirming.

 

I can't use benzoyl peroxide because I'm allergic so I'm using Taxorac at night and washing my face twice a day. I was taking Acne Tame pills but I heard they are meant for girls so I stopped taking it.
