Im going to try taking some Vitamin A.

Is this the type of Vitamin A which is supposed to benefit skin and acne?
The dose seems very safe to me. Let me know if you think this is worth a shot and clearing moderate acne that comes and goes.

Also, I need to ask my derm if it can be used with antibiotics as it says not to take high dosage.
