I am 19 years old. Throughout my life, I had clear skin. I mean, I had a pimple here and there, but nothing serious. It usually went away in a few days. Three months ago, these tiny bumps started to show up on my forehead. There are hundreds of them on my forehead. As much as I try to stay positive, this is greatly affecting my personal life. I feel depressed, especially since this has never happened before. I've always had decent and clear skin. I can't bring myself to socialize because people just keep looking at my forehead, and deep down, I know they are judging me. My concern is, is this acne? i did some research online and think it might be either acne, follicutus/milia, or something else. Also, what products should I use? I am currently using Equate's three step acne system. Can Accutane solve this? Or should I try the Regimen? I want to go see a dermatologist, but I don't have the money. I am a full time college student. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
