I have excessive oil production on my face. You know the kind where you wash you face and 30 mins later its an oil slick. Ive been considering taking low dose long term accutane for this problem. Im trying to weigh the pros and cons of having oily skin. You always hear everyone tell you that is will keep you face more youthful. Or you wont get wrinkles when your older. But you also see people who do not have oily skin age very well and not have too many wrinkles. I also have been dealing wit acne for a lone time and I feel like because of the oil I dont have as much scarring as I should. I also have uneven skin tone. My pores are kind of large.

How does excessive oil negatively effect the skin besides the obvious ACNE?
