I'm not a certified pimpleologist by any means however listed below are remedies, suggestions and causes I've found to be helpful:
, Sleep on your back with one pillow behind your head and another pillow between your knees. Avoid sleeping on your side(s) as much as possible because when you sleep on your face, pressure pushes the oils already on your face into your face, on a daily basis, and thus you may notice the areas of your face that get the most pressure while you sleep have the highest concentration of pimples.
, Wash your sheets and pillow cases once a week you filthy animal!
, Stop being a cheap skate and spring for the six pack of dove bar soap for sensitive skin for $8. Shower with luke warm water for approximately 20 minutes.
, How frequently you shower should depend on your activity level, always shower after a workout. you are also guaranteed to sleep better after a shower.
, Lemon is a natural deodorant, treat yourself to a luke warm bath with one squeezed lemon once a week. (Microwaving the lemon for 30 seconds helps get the juice out)
, Avoid fried foods. You won't live as long and won't have to worry about pimples anyways.
, Drink a glass of water before you go to bed and as soon as you wake up every day.
, Eat well, what you put into your body will most likely come out of your body eventually.
