Hi,

i'm a 30yo male with acne around the jaw, chin, moustache, neck. I never had any acne as a teenager. I've had consistent acne from 23-30. Everything i read says it's due to poor digestion or, however i've tried probiotics at length. My cheeks/nose/forehead are completely clear. I'm completely at a loss. My diet is good. No coffee, very little sugar, dairy etc.

Has anyone had the same experience? I'm told it's leaky gut but i'm yet to see a specialist about that.
