Are they painful? They sort of look like cysts.

No.. Are they hormonal? My chin is very dry(as you can see), and i use moisturiser, but i think that main reason are hormons.

Sorry for my bad english.

They really do appear to be cysts.. although they are usually painful. I would most likely say they're hormonal being your young age. Are you currently on any acne treatments?

Also, your English is very good (:

If your avoiding acne treatments and already moisturize I would suggest adding a gentle cleanser if you don't use one already.. something to use in the morning in the shower, and at night before you go to bed. Some other things I stopped doing is touching my face, and I also change my pillow case every night before bed... It's a bit excessive, but it helps (:

I'm doing everything like you said + taking omega-3, vitamin D3 and have clean diet. Also, i acquired habit to sleep on back(a bit excessive ).

Anyway, i try to keep water in my mouth for about half hour every day and i feel like cooling on dry areas.
