Hey guys!

I've been on accutane for about 5 days now, just received my monthly supply of Ensure Plus (Nutrition Drink), however it does contain 25% Vitamin A, I was told not to take any type of Vitaman A while on the course of Accutane. But than I heard from others that this is natural Vitamin A and it's safe to take. Can someone confirm this?

It's not really "natural" in terms of where it comes from in that drink. However, with that being said I drank plenty of protien shakes containing vitamin A while on Accutane, and didn't experience negative side effects. I also took multigrain vitamins containing it while on Accutane.

You should be fine.
