had clear skin on friday.
no active pustule or papule.
on saturday morning, 2 papules appeared.
they continued growing into Sunday and this morning.
going to work now and managed getting rid of one of them which was ready for popping.
applied tee tree oil afterwards.
the other one is not ready.
there is white head on top of it, but it is still hurting.
i can feel the infection has not yet been brought to the surface and more white heads will appear inside it (one of these 3 or 4 heads monsters).
I am so tired of getting these.
Nothing works on them or to prevent them.
Diet change, accutane, bp, oral and topical antibiotics, tee tree oil, caveman regimen. just nothing.
i am trying a new way to wash my face, not using tap water.
there must be something in what i am applying to my face.
i do not have acne anywhere else than on my face, and specifically on the zones i wash(ed) the most.....
But i am tired of going to work looking like this.....

Try the regimen. Also look into niacinamide/zinc sunscreen.
Maybe its a detoxing issue. Part of my regimen is to drink yogi detox tea, eat flaxseed and prunes. I just started a few days ago so I can't say if its helping or not but if you only get a few pimples here and there I would look into that. Might be a sign that the liver just needs more support.

Regimen did not work in the past. BP does not get rid of these....
Drink 1 to 3 cups of organic herbal teas specifically for detoxing and liver support everyday and eat more foods that help cleanse the liver like avocados, broccoli, apples, etc. Some good teas are yogi detox or skin detox, pukka cleanse, or dandelion root tea. I also like rooibos tea.
Not sure how severe your acne is but this might help and it certainly won't hurt.

I will try that. You are probably right.
Would sauna help as well?
If you find it relaxing I think it would help. Also look up how to do a castor oil pack or consider an Epsom salt bath if you haven't tried it yet.
I'm sure you know this already but sleep is also very important, its when the body really gets to work in detoxing and regenerating the body. Exercising and turning off all screens an hour before bedtime has really helped me get a good nights rest.
I started seeing a new naturopath recently and she opened my eyes to the fact that yes I've tried a lot of different things to help my acne but sometimes you have to retrace your steps a little. The rug was pulled out from under me too soon is how she put it. So I'm back to eating gluten and back on birth control temporarily... all to help reduce my stress and anxiety. If we are constantly under stress it doesn't matter what we do to fight acne. My suggestion to you is to study your regimen and determine what helps alleviate stress and what causes stress and go from there. Hope this helps, good luck!
