I have had these strange spots/acne/clogged pores or whatever they are for over a year now, and I am sick of them, I went to the doctor and she said just wait it out and they will eventually go but its been months and the exfoliation stuff never worked, does anyone have a clue what they are or how to get rid of them? I have tried a lot of things, nothing works

They feel like lumps under my skin and when I stretch my skin you can see them more (like on the pictures)
