Not Sure What These Are?

So I have these things for over 3+ years now. My acne problems are pretty much gone, but this is the only thing that's stuck to me. They don't necessarily hurt upon touching (unless you put a lot pressure, obviously), but they're kinda hard/tender if it makes any sense. I'm not sure what they are and honestly I've been wanting to get rid of them as of lately since I've been getting into fitness (240 - 155) so I figured I'd take care of my body in general.

Anyone have any ideas as to what these are and how I can treat them? Personally, I was thinking of just "popping" them but obviously that's necessarily the best procedure. Thanks!

I got one of those on my back...no idea what it is but it used to itch until it popped now its like that but flat..

These look like they could be super clogged hair folicles / ingrown hairs. I'd see a dermatologist just to be safe, but my bet is ingrown hairs.
